Meet Our Founder, Rachel
At Essence of Elegance Travel, I am passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences. My personal journey commenced with an illuminating study abroad program in Australia in 1996 where I explored the underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef and learned about walkabouts and the importance of Uluru (Ayers Rock) from local Aboriginals in the Outback, an experience that became the cornerstone of my college years. Since then, my voyages have spanned across 22 countries on 5 continents, all of which have amplified my love for cities, different habitats, and profound cultural engagements. Today, these expeditions have gracefully transitioned into shared journeys with my husband and three children. My most recent new adventures have taken us to Italy and Vatican City.
My mission is to share the beauty of the world with others and create connections that transcend borders. I enjoy meticulously delving into the details of every trip to help you achieve your vacation goals whether that is exploring new destinations, savoring the local cuisine or basking in the local ambiance.
