Our Process
At Essence of Elegance Travel, our process begins with an initial consultation followed by our dedication to finding the perfect destination and itinerary that best suits your wants and needs. From there, we'll guide you through the booking process, ensuring that each step is stress-free and enjoyable so you can embrace your journey.
Consultation
During the initial 30-minute complimentary consultation, we will get to know you and your anticipated vacation plans. We meet over video or phone call to talk about your interests, needs and budget as well as the overall process for customizing your perfect destination and itinerary. Our aim is to ask the right questions to get started in planning an elegant travel experience for you. We'll both use this time to figure out if we're a good fit for each other. If so, we'll discuss what we need to do for the next step. To help make the most of this time, please fill out the travel interest form prior to our meeting.
Travel Planning Portfolio
After we define your budget and timeline during your initial consultation, we begin designing your dream vacation. We will work closely and collaboratively with you to design the travel itinerary that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations. We'll do all the research to make sure we find the best experiences for your tastes and budget.
You’ll receive a visual itinerary presentations with options that you can choose from, and we can make adjustments to suit your preferences. Once you've decided on your top choice, we'll book all the elements that you need.
Unlock the World
We'll provide the travel details you need to ensure your trip is smooth and stress-free. You’ll be able to access your itinerary (complete with our insider tips) and necessary travel documents electronically. While you're away, we'll be here to support you during your trip or connect you with in-destination contacts.

Travel Insurance
Emergencies can happen when you least expect them. Essence of Elegance Travel highly recommends that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in their travel. Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators all charge high penalties for cancellation, ranging from the full deposit to no refund at all. And, keep in mind that most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country. Travel insurance can protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances. Please also note that in order for you to obtain coverage for certain pre-existing conditions, or for supplier default, your policy must be purchased at the time of booking or shortly thereafter (depending on the terms of the policy).
At Essence of Elegance Travel, we understand the importance of being protected on your travels. Please understand that we are not registered insurance agents, and cannot legally provide specific advice or information regarding insurance. We will gladly secure a quote for you, upon request, and if Essence of Elegance Travel does not, or is not legally able to secure coverage on your behalf, it is our strong recommendation that you purchase a policy on your own to ensure your peace of mind so you can enjoy your holiday without worries. .
