I'll also send a brief questionnaire to capture any additional preferences or special interests we may not have covered during our call.

Planning Option Selection
Based on the service level we discussed during your consultation, you'll receive a service agreement outlining exactly what to expect from our partnership. This includes selecting your preferred planning package from our tiered service options. Once you've reviewed the agreement, made your selection, and submitted payment for the planning fee, we'll officially begin crafting your personalized travel experience.

This is where our expertise truly shines! I'll leverage our network of global connections, specialized industry tools, and extensive resources to create a thoughtful, detailed proposal for your journey. Your proposal will include carefully selected accommodations, activities, transportation arrangements, and special touches aligned with your unique preferences. During this phase, your timely and thorough feedback is crucial to securing the exceptional experiences you desire!

We'll work closely with you to fine-tune your itinerary into the trip of your dreams. This may involve a follow-up call or detailed email exchange to review your proposal. I welcome your honest feedback and questions, as this collaborative approach ensures your final itinerary perfectly reflects your travel vision. Confirmation &
Booking Management
Once you're delighted with your proposal, you'll receive an invoice to authorize submission of the trip deposit amount. Upon receipt of your authorization, I'll confirm all bookings and manage all aspects of your reservation process. Deposit amounts and payment timelines vary based on your travel dates and the specific partners involved in your itinerary.

Comprehensive Support
As your departure approaches, I'll provide detailed pre-trip documentation, including a finalized day-by-day itinerary, relevant contact information, destination insights, and practical travel tips. Beyond the basics, I'm also available to help with dinner reservations, spa appointments, special occasion arrangements, or any other details that would enhance your experience, depending on the servic suite selected. I remain at your service to address any questions or special requests, ensuring you depart with complete confidence and excitement.

At Essence of Elegance Travel, we exclusively partner with 4 and 5-star accommodations to ensure your journey meets the highest standards of comfort, service, and memorable experiences.

To deliver the quality of travel experience you deserve, we work with the following minimum investment guidelines (based on 2 travelers):​

Fully-Custom Itineraries: $10,000 minimum

Premium Resort Getaways: $7,500 minimum for destinations such as Caribbean and Mexico all-inclusive experiences ​
Minimum budgets may need to be adjusted depending on your needs and wants.
These investment guidelines allow us to craft truly exceptional journeys while maintaining our commitment to personalized service. Please note that these figures represent your travel investment and do not include incidental spending at your destination or additional fees that may arise during travel.

AIR TRAVEL CONSIDERATIONS

While we don't typically book economy airfare, we offer business class booking services for a supplemental fee. We're happy to recommend optimal routes and dates based on your preferences. We encourage our clients to review flight options and pricing prior to finalizing itinerary dates to ensure alignment with your overall travel vision.

We review all inquiries regardless of budget to determine compatibility, and we occasionally accept projects below our standard minimums on a case-by-case basis. During our consultation, we discuss your travel expectations and budget to ensure perfect alignment. If we feel we can't deliver an exceptional experience within your desired investment range, we'll gladly suggest alternatives that might better suit your needs.

Responsiveness & Total Transparency
You can expect responses to your emails within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. For non-emergency weekend communications, you'll hear from us by Monday morning. When you're traveling and encounter an emergency situation that requires immediate attention, we will work expeditiously with our travel partners to address your concerns and find solutions, ensuring your peace of mind even in challenging circumstances.

Throughout the planning process, we maintain complete transparency about what is included and excluded in your package, and we'll clearly communicate any fees or taxes you may encounter during travel.

There may be occasions when we need additional input from you, or when your desires may not perfectly align with your intended investment. We'll address these situations promptly and work collaboratively to prioritize trip components that deliver the most meaningful experiences while respecting your budget.
